Use Appalachian's Course Equivalency Search
This search function can help you determine how your credits might transfer from your previous institution.
To access the Course Equivalency Search, go to https://transfer.appstate.edu/credit.
Review your Transfer Credit.

You can view your evaluated credit in DegreeWorks. Log in using your Appalachian username and password. Once logged in, click on Class History to see how all your classes transferred from your previous institution(s).

Credit by Exam (AP/ IB / CLEP)?
Credit obtained through Advanced Placement Program (AP), International Baccalaureate Organization (IB) Diploma Program, College-Level Examination Program (CLEP), and Cambridge International AS & A Levels may be accepted by Appalachian.

Make sure to review how to Petition for Credit. A student may petition to have an Elective (ELE) credit equated to a specific course. We suggest you begin the Petition for Credit process prior to Orientation.
